Different Skyline services involve different professional roles. This page explains who carries out each regulated or professional element without implying accreditations, memberships or partnerships that do not apply to Skyline itself.
Domestic EPC Assessments
Domestic EPC assessments are carried out by an appropriately accredited Domestic Energy Assessor. Completed EPCs are lodged to the government's energy certificate service.
Retrofit Assessments
Retrofit Assessments are carried out by an appropriately qualified Retrofit Assessor and form part of the wider PAS 2035 process where PAS 2035 applies.
RICS Home Survey Services
Skyline arranges RICS Home Survey services through an independent RICS-qualified surveying professional. Skyline provides supporting digital capture where included; the surveying professional is responsible for the professional inspection and report.
Digital Property Capture
Selected inventory, virtual-tour and survey-support workflows use Insta360 X5 and DigiProp technology. Technology-provider compatibility is not presented as an accreditation or official platform partnership.
Where a service depends on a particular professional qualification, survey level or third-party provider, the scope is confirmed as part of the booking. Skyline does not describe itself as an RICS-regulated firm and does not treat technology compatibility as an official partnership.
